ISGenius and SOLLEN Terms of Use

1. Parties

These terms are between SOLLEN and anyone who uses the ISGenius app or sollen.com.tr. An ISGenius account is created by an employer or company enrolment, not by public sign-up.

2. What the app is and is not

ISGenius is for workplace OHS, training, and emergency communication. It is not a medical device and does not replace official emergency services.

3. Account

Keep login details private. Access after you leave a job is a matter for your employer. You can delete the account in the app. See the privacy policy for what that removes.

4. Acceptable use

Use the app only in the workplace context you are authorised for. Fake emergencies, using someone else’s account, or trying to break the service are not allowed.

5. Availability

The service can fail when the network, device, or hosting fails. Offline content is whatever copy is already on the device.

6. Liability

Except where the law does not allow it, SOLLEN is not liable for indirect loss from an evacuation or emergency outcome. Life safety follows official emergency procedures.

7. Changes

We update these terms on this page. The date is at the top. Keep using the app and you accept the current text.
