Privacy Policy for ISGenius and SOLLEN

1. Scope

This policy applies to the ISGenius app and sollen.com.tr, operated by Sollen Akıllı Sistemler ve Bilişim Teknolojileri (“SOLLEN”). ISGenius is a workplace app provisioned by an employer. There is no public sign-up.

2. Purpose

This Privacy Policy applies to the ISGenius mobile application and related web services operated by SOLLEN Technologies(Sollen Akıllı Sistemler ve Bilişim Teknolojileri, "we", "us", or "our"), Istanbul, Turkey.

ISGenius is designed as a workplace safety, disaster management, and emergency response platform. Because our application protects human life during critical situations, we collect only necessary data with strict security measures, in full compliance with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, GDPR, and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

3. Categories of data

Depending on the service, we may process identity and contact details, account data, location (where you allow it for safety features), health or emergency notes you enter, content you upload, and usage records needed to run the service.

4. Recipients

Data may be shared with authorised ISGenius administrators at your employer to the extent needed to provide the service. Except where the law requires it, we do not sell personal data or transfer it for commercial purposes.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as the service relationship and legal duties require. You may delete your account in the app or by emailing info@sollen.com.tr. Email requests are handled within a reasonable time, and in any event within thirty days. Records your employer must keep may be retained without remaining linked to you.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection under applicable data-protection law using the contact details below.

7. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the service. Communication with our servers uses an encrypted connection.
